I personally love to use Resistance bands,they are very good when it comes to making strong arm bones and muscles. These bands improve your balance, reduce joints pain, improve speed of movement and make your body more elastic...I will do follow up videos of demonstration of all the exercises you can perform from just one resistance band.This is an ideal investment
This has to be one of the most under utilized fitness related accessory.You might have seen me on instagram hitting the punchbag.Well,this is a great cardio exercise,male or female and certainly one of my secrets to staying lean.Punchbag session helps you de-stress. Helps you with your defense abilities and most importantly,it helps you burn all that excess fat around abdomen and arms.

Who is Lyzo? To start off with,’Lyzo’ is the nickname I got from my high school friends, back in the days. I am formally known as Lizo Tshona, 26 years of age. I grew up in one of the biggest Townships of South Africa. The ruthless, brash and merciless ‘Khayelitsha’. The need for change is the sole purpose/motive behind this website.

Fitness fascinated me from a very young age. I was very thin growing up. Trust me, I got all sorts of names from my friends 😱. However, deep down I knew I could change that and shape up my body the way I wanted it to be.
Around 16 years old, my main focus was my BOOKS and my BODY respectively. I knew what I wanted. I started off with push ups, since I didn’t know much about gym facilities. In the beginning of 2009, not long after I had turned 18 years, that is when I decided to join a proper gym facility for the first time💪.

Fast forward to now…During that time until now, I made a lot of amateur mistakes. I learnt a lot in the process. I observed and tested. I kept what was working and got rid of what wasn’t working. It was basically trial and error. Through thick and thin, my mind was set on achieving my fitness goals. At the end of it all, I got to where I wanted to be. Looking back 8 years ago, this is the body type I had envisioned 💪. I got to my goals… ‘’What then? What’s next’’? Question I battled with for a while…
Well, my role now is to share my fitness knowledge acquired through my fitness journey, with masses around the world. Help others who find themselves in the same position I was over 8 years ago . Whether you want to lose that excess fat or build muscle, I am here to help you. Unlike me, you don’t have to struggle alone. You don’t have to make as many mistakes as I did. Whether its fitness tips you need or motivation, I am at your service.
